Terms & Conditions
Refund Policy
We strive to provide reliable and timely dumpster rental services. If you need to cancel or change your order, please review our refund policy below.

Cancellations (Before Delivery):
Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. -
Late Cancellations:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to %20 to cover scheduling and transportation costs. -
After Delivery:
Once a dumpster has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. However, you may still request early pickup or a rental extension (additional fees may apply). -
Service Issues:
If we are unable to deliver your dumpster due to our own error, a full refund or rescheduled delivery will be provided at no additional cost.
Fulfillment/Shipping Policy
1. This Fulfillment & Shipping Policy explains how DashDrop Dumpsters manages the delivery and removal of dumpster rentals. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Service Area
We currently provide dumpster delivery and pickup services within Southwest, Florida
If your location is outside our standard service area, additional delivery fees may apply, or service may not be available.

3. Order Processing & Scheduling

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed online or by phone, you will receive a confirmation email or text with your rental details.

Scheduling: Deliveries are typically scheduled within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation. Same-day service may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Delivery Windows: We offer standard delivery windows (e.g., 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed but we do our best to accommodate specific requests

4. Delivery Policy

Access Requirements: The delivery location must be clear, level, and accessible for our trucks. If the driver determines the area is unsafe or inaccessible, delivery may be rescheduled, and a service fee may apply.

Placement: The customer is responsible for marking or communicating the desired dumpster placement area.

Permits: It is the customer’s responsibility to secure any required city or county permits for placing dumpsters on public property or streets.

5. Pickup & Removal Policy

Pickup Scheduling: Standard rental periods are 7-30 days. Pickup will be scheduled automatically at the end of the rental period unless an extension is requested.

Early or Extended Rentals: Customers may request early pickup or extend their rental period (subject to availability and additional fees).

Overloaded or Blocked Dumpsters: If a dumpster is overfilled or blocked at pickup time, additional charges may apply, and rescheduling will be required.

6. Delivery & Pickup Fees

Delivery and pickup fees are included in most standard rentals within our service area.

Locations outside our standard service radius

Unsuccessful delivery or pickup attempts due to site inaccessibility

7. Damage Disclaimer
We take care during delivery and pickup, but we are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, curbs, or surfaces resulting from normal operation of heavy equipment or dumpsters.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Cancellations: Orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may incur a cancellation fee.

Modifications: Changes to delivery or pickup dates must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
